MADE ME PAY FOR WIPER HE SAID HE BROKE.MADE ME PAY FOR PART HE NEVER REPLACED.HE STRIPPED A SCREW SO THAT WAS NEW BUT HE DRAINED ALL THE BRAKE FLUID OUT OF MY CAR NEVER TOLD ME.MY REGULAR MACHANIC TOLD ME IF BYRNS DOESNT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK TO TAKE BYRNS TO COURT.

Set an appointment for stereo installation a few months ago. Showed up to a locked door. Phone calls went to a full voice mail. No follow up phone call with what happened or apology. I had to make contact. Was told something happened. Gave them another chance and big surprise. He wasn’t there again. But a customer was. Told me to leave it with the keys on the counter. No thanks. Apparently they don’t need or want the business. The customer that was there also said his daughter’s car has been there for 4 months. Still not done. I’ll never go back again.

Honestly horrible garage please don't waste your money. My cousin went there to get her car fixed. Her car has been in an out of there for 2 months just for a grill to be put in my front end. Sent it there for her front end to be fix and brand new bumper and grill to be put on her car got it back the first time to find it's her same bumper on the car he just put it back together and spray painted it over the decals that were already on the vehicle. Never put a grill in her car so she has been going back and forth for a grill to be put on her car for 2 months. Sent it there two days ago, go to get it today when he said it would be done in the morning didn't get done till almost 10 pm go to get it and there is burnt up tin foil (hmm wonder what that's from) on my seat, mind you she has kids in my car all the time and to do that stuff in someone else's car is just messed up. Ishe literally just got her car detailed the day she brought it to the shop and there was mud everywhere. The worst part is HE NEVER FIXED IT HE PUT HOUSE SIDING THAT HE SPRAY PAINTED BLACK IN WHERE THE GRILL THAT SHE PAID 900$ FOR WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. He don't answer the phone for anything and lies through his teeth even his own workers told her good luck getting ahold of him he never answers the phone.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with service hands down. Paid for 2 remote starter and made first appointment on a Tuesday and wasn’t finished until late Saturday. The kicker is after all that and back and forth 14 times both cars have to be brought to dealer to be fixed. First car had to have starter taken out because it was inoperable and has 3 check engine lights on. Second car has the starter in it but is inoperable and has 2 check engine lights on it. All lights cannot be cleared and have to take both to dealer. Terrible communication terrible customer service and terrible conditions and professionalism. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to my worst enemy. Saw probably (no exaggeration) 10 people there after being there so much have similar problems and waiting hours to be seen or fixed. What a joke. I like giving local businesses the benefit of doubt but I would drive 4 hours if I had to to avoid this place. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

My girls took my car there to have a remote start placed for me as a gift. They did a great job and a timely fashion and I love it I’d highly recommend them.
